A wonderful opportunity to deepen TMM if you have completed the TMM level 1 or a fantastic chance to re-explore the material of the TMM level 2 again under Hilary’s skillful and heart felt guidance in an online format.
This is an invitation to continue to delve deeper into the transformative power of compassion, mindfulness, and creativity to find inner peace and contentment
For those who have previously attended a Transformative Mindfulness Methods Level 1 course, this international distance learning module via Zoom offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding and personal application of these methods.
Format:
Over six bi-weekly sessions, you will engage in practical explanations, guided exercises, and inquiries within supportive small and full group settings. The program includes ten at-home practice sessions and offers ongoing support and self-practice supervision, including a dedicated support call with the facilitator, Hilary.

This program offers mindfulness and compassion techniques characterized by the unique simplicity and effectiveness of Transformative Mindfulness Methods (TMM). Mindfulness can bolster the body’s natural healing systems. By learning to embrace and explore our circumstances rather than resist them, we can significantly enhance our quality of life. These tools are easy to use on your own, empowering you to live a happier, more peaceful life.
Prerequisite: To have done Level 1
Course Structure:
6 fortnightly sessions of 2 hours. 12 hours of class time
Small group of participants
Weekly home practice programme of 1.5hrs - 2hrs
The practice journal and exercise book
MP3 recording of each session
Monthly follow-up sessions of 1.5hrs (donation based)

Meet our Facilitator:
Hilary McMichael is an accredited mindfulness teacher. She lives in France and delivers workshops online and in person. She particularly likes bringing qualities of tenderness and kindness into her courses. An artist at heart, she encourages participants to trust their inner wisdom and explore their unique ways of self-expression. She is a qualified Transformative Mindfulness Methods instructor from the University of Toronto, a FDCW facilitator and MBSR instructor from UMass University. Her workshops were featured at the FDCW's Compassion and Wisdom conference 2021 and Big Love Festival 2020
