The Art and Science of Finding Your Happy: a first taste of the 16 Guidelines for Life in North Carolina

  • Cocoon Art Gallery 221 North Salem Street Apex, NC, 27502 United States (map)

The 16 Guidelines provide practical tools for a more meaningful, fulfilled life. The idea is simple: to change the way we experience the world, we transform the way we think, act, and relate to others to find meaning.

What to expect during this taster session

In this workshop, you will get a first taste of practical tools for making everyday life better. By noticing our patterns of thinking, speaking and acting, and understanding how our minds work through mindfulness and self-inquiry, we can find lasting fulfillment.

Equipped with better knowledge of ourselves we can break through our limiting beliefs, transform our relationships, make better decisions, and find peace of mind even on the most difficult of days. We can find our happy.

 Who is it for?
This taster is open to anyone aged 16 and up who wants to start to find happiness right here rather than out there.
