16 Guidelines for Life (16G) are workshops and tools based on a set of values that aim to encourage positive qualities in your life developed by The Foundation for the Development of Wisdom & Compassion (FDCW).

They help you to change how you think, how you act, how you relate to others and how you find meaning.

What to expect on this online session

This is the second planned Meetups witn the theme How do we find Meaning in the time of Coronavirus.

We will introduce a Theme from the 16Guidelines; and participants will experience how the Guidelines can be applied in this particular situation in which we find ourselves.

Please bring a pencil, paper, colour pencils or crayons as there will be guided artwork. There will be interactive and group exercises that will give you a taste of the experiential work that is at the core of facilitating change within the 16Guidelines.
