ONLINE - Building Inner Strength - 16 Guidelines Level 2 in 2 sessions, 22-29 May

Building Inner Strength: 16 Guidelines for Life workshops are based on a set of values which aim to encourage positive qualities in our life. They help us to change how we think, how we act, how we relate to others and how we find meaning.

It provides practical tools for a more meaningful, fulfilled life. The idea is simple: to change the way we experience the world, we transform the way we think, act, and relate to others to find meaning.

In Building Inner Strength: 16 Guidelines Level 2 you will continue to familiarise yourself with the 7 16G tools and the scientific research which informs the 16Guidelines.:

  • Level 2 expands the exploration of the Guidelines, introducing the fake facsimile and the shadow side of the Guidelines. There will be a greater emphasis on motivation and intention because this is the rudder that steers the boat.

  • This Level 2 presents a number of new directed exercises with focus on searching, within an enabling and compassionate environment.

  • We will explore the role of mirror neurons and other neuroscience subjects which are used to explain the shadow side and the negativity bias and we will have a taste of analytical meditation.

This level 2 will introduce the guiding principles of Universal Education for Compassion and Wisdom.
