Building Balanced Empathy is a 6-hour course designed to explore empathy, vulnerability and emotional resilience. You will learn techniques empowering you to relate to others in a healthy and more balanced way.
With varied learning materials and fun interactive exercises, you will learn how to empathize from your heart and from your head. We explore how to genuinely feel and understand the experiences and emotions of other people, allowing for more compassion towards oneself and others.

Course dates: The course is delivered in three live sessions on the following days:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 18th, 19th and 20th May
Attendance of all three sessions is required to receive the end-of-course certificate.
Session times: The live sessions take place from 10 am to 12 pm UK Time.
