From Sandra

"Through my work with various community groups, I seek to apply principles I am learning through my Buddhist studies. The universal education principles in the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom workshops are ideal in presenting life transforming practices suitable for people of all beliefs. Unlocking Your Potential allows us to examine how we each are influenced by our upbringing and environment, our experiences and interactions, our resultant emotions and behaviours. Through increased awareness, we can develop a calm, understanding and focussed mind which can enable us to unlock our positive aspirations. Among many others, I am most inspired by the words of Yongey Mingur Rinpoche who quotes “At any moment, you can choose to follow the chain of thoughts and emotions that reinforce a perception of yourself as limited - or you can remember your infinite potential. “ This course leads us to choose the moment.
