Building Balanced Empathy: A four-week exploration

  • Jamyang Buddhist Centre Renfrew Road London, SE11 4NA UK (map)

Please note that these sessions are designed to be attended as a course of four workshops. Whilst you can drop-in from week to week, to maximise your learning and development, we highly recommend you commit to attending all four sessions.

Would you benefit from developing closer, empathetic relationships with family, friends and your community?

Are you interested in developing a deeper understanding of how others experience the world and their emotions?

How would your daily life improve, at work and at home, if you were able to respond others in a way that’s beneficial to them and to you?

Do you need to develop your own personal resilience and prevent emotional burn out?

Over the four 90 minute sessions you’ll explore not only how you experience and view the world but also how you relate to others in given situations – and how the choices we make each day can have a profound and wide-reaching impact.

Each session offers tools and techniques to help practice what we learn so that new ways become habits for us.
